Anthony Kevin "Toby" Houp, 62, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022 at his home. Born on Sunday, January 24, 1960 in High Bridge, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Junior Farris & Marietta Horton. Toby was a former heavy equipment operator for C.M.C., and enjoyed excavating and fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger "Rusty" Houp, Gary Houp; niece, Pearl Lay; nephew, Corey Taylor.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Houp, of Lancaster; sons, Jerry Houp & Kevin (Sue Ann) Houp, both of Lancaster; brothers, Daryl Houp, of Lexington, Marty Houp, of High Bridge; sister, Marilyn (Dennis) Dyer, of Lancaster; grandchildren, Mason, Aydin, & Raylin Houp; nieces, Whitney Shyrock, Kayla Houp, Sheila Houp; nephews, Mickey Taylor, Zack Taylor, Steven Shyrock, Christopher Houp, Matthew Houp, Christopher Houp, Jr., Robert Houp, Carlie Woosley & Josh Woosley.

Funeral services will be held 6:00PM, Friday, June 17, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Ronnie Horton officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until service time on Friday, June 17, 2022 at the funeral home. Toby's wishes for cremation will be honored after services.
