Belinda E. Kohutek , 67, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2020 in Danville. Born November 24, 1953 in Mercer County, she was a daughter of the late Morris Raymond and Mary Rose Hullett Royalty. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Scott, a daughter; Candy Michelle (Dennis) Lively of Apollo Beach, Florida and two brothers; James Royalty of Harrodsburg and Marvin Richard Royalty of Lexington.
