Bobby G. Noe, 76, of Lancaster, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at his home. Born Saturday, November 4, 1939 in Garrard County, he was the son of the late E.G. & Judy Wardlow Noe. He was a farmer, and was a former employee of Canada Dry Distillery, & Clark Tool & Die. Survivors include his wife, Judy Phillips Noe, son; David ( Robin) Noe of Lancaster, daughter; Cindy Powell of Lancaster, sisters; Elizabeth Graham & Patricia Mullins of Lancaster, grandchildren; Jamie Black, Chelsea Sparks, Whitney Napier, great-grandchildren; Trinity Teater, Dylan Handley, Wyatt Sparks, Russell Sparks, & Robin Ann Sparks. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Coy Day officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Mike Halcomb, David Watts, Joe Graham, Tevis Graham, Benny Swope, Glendan Barker, Ricky Baker, & Ronnie Moberly. Honorary bearers will be Donnie Lane, Bobby Carson, Berlin Burdette, Gary Rhinehimer, Steven Rhinehimer, Joe Dollins, Bobby Irvin, & Jamie Young.
