Brenda Sue Coffey, 68, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, December 05, 2019 at her home. Born on Sunday, April 01, 1951 in Richmond, she was the daughter of the late William B. & Elsie Huffman Coffey. Brenda honorably served in the United States Army as a medic, & was a nurse for the VA Hospital for 25 years. She was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of Dix River Pentecostal Church, & enjoyed growing flowers & fishing. Brenda's survivors include an aunt, Beulah (Russell) Sebastian, several cousins & her church family. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Bowling officiating, & burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until service time on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the funeral home.
