Bud Flynn, 78, of  Lancaster, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2026. Born on May 9, 1947, in Estill County, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Lloyd & Beaulah Richardson Flynn. Bud was a former truck driver for Mopar, and was a member of the Teamster's Union. He enjoyed farming, and was an avid horseman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janis Brown Flynn.

Survivors include his daughter, Genna Flynn of Lancaster; brother, Bill Flynn of Madison County, Kentucky; sister, Pat (Bobby) Muncy of Irvine, Kentucky, and two nephews, Will Flynn, and Chad (Kristen) Muncy both of Madison County, Kentucky.
