Chad Ryan Atkins, 38 of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, November 02 ,2017 in Lexington. Born November 11, 1978 in Pasadena, Texas, he was the son of James Thomas Atkins of Lancaster, & Debbie Neel York , of Marshall, Texas. He was a car salesman, & an avid Houston Astros, & Dallas Cowboys fan. Survivors in addition to his parents include his wife, Wendy Strang Atkins of Lancaster, step-mother; Jean Atkins of Lancaster, daughters; Brooke & Kyla Atkins, sister; Lottie Preston of Indiana, grandparents; Iris June Neel of Marshall, Texas, Lillie Mae Richards of Stanford, & two step-brothers; Jeremy Fletcher & Joshua Fletcher, both of Lexington. A gathering of family & friends will be held 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday, November 05, 2017 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home.
