Charlene Hendrickson Dennis, 68, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2021 in Lexington at UK Medical Center. Charlene was born October 19, 1952 in Lincoln County to the late Warren G. & Bertha Denson Hendrickson. She was a homemaker and former factory worker that enjoyed her flowers and watching her birds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death a sister, Lavada Naylor and three grandchildren, Austin Nathaniel, Asley & Adrian Godber. Her survivors include her husband, Jerry L. Dennis, a daughter, Crystal (Billy) Godber of Lancaster, two grandchildren , Billy Matthew & Alison Grace Godber, a brother, Junior (Sandy) Hendrickson of Stanford, Betty (Hank) Ruth of Crab Orchard. Judy (Louis) Denny of Lancaster and a brother in law, Willie Naylor of Lancaster. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Andy Dixon, with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery . Pallbearers will be Billy Matthew Godber, Charles Richardson, Daniel Godber, Greg, Adam and Kevin Hendrickson. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. In accordance with state mandates, facial coverings are required to attend services.
