Charles Lee "Charlie" Williams, 62, of Hustonville, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He was born September 22, 1961 in Fayette County, to the late Jerome and Ossie Montgomery Williams. Charlie had been an employee of Frito Lay & Schwann's Food Delivery but has spent the most part of 20 plus years farming goats with his wife Barbara. He was a member of Hedgeville Baptist Church and also enjoyed fishing, hunting, UK sports, raising goats and loved all animals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Williams. His survivors include his wife, Barbara Brooks Williams, step-sons, George "Zero" (Ashley) Webb of Hustonville, Dewayne Michael Webb of Lexington, a sister, Valeria (Michael) Stansfield of Lexington,sister-in-law, Susan Williams of Lexington, and his beloved dogs, Pepper, Flop, Willa & Shelby. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 26, 2024 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Revs. Cordell Brooks & Jonathon Grizzell. Visitation will be from 5—8 PM Thursday , July 25, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial take place in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Jerome Williams, George Webb, Thomas Brooks, Joey Jeffries, John King, Michael Stansfield & Jeff Wade with Kendall Caldwell, Christopher Williams, & Jr. Brooks serving as honorary pallbearers.
