Cleland E. Lottis, 81, of Danville, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born to the late William & Lucille Riley Morris Lottis on November 1, 1941, in Lebanon. Cleland was a faithful member of the Immanuel Baptist Church and a member of the Pythian Lodge. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.

Cleland was preceded in death by a half-brother, the late Dallas McCarty; a half-sister, the late Helen Heistand; and step-father, the late Luchin McCarty. He is survived by his wife, Doris Lottis; a brother, James Morris Lottis, of Willisburg; and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2023, at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Mikels officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery with military honors. Pallbearers include Ronnie Preston, Marvin Preston, Ryan Preston, Chris Freemon, Gene Preston, and Joey Dye. Honorary pallbearers include Bobby Damon Miracle, Daryl Kidd, Mike Preston, and Scott Sexton. Visitation will be from 11:00 until service time on Monday, August 21, 2023, at the funeral home.
