Colleen Barnett, 90 of Forks Church Rd., passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Born Monday, October 17, 1927 in Garrard County, she was a daughter of the late Jim & Stella Mae Logan Ross. Colleen was a former supervisor for Texas Instruments in Versailles, & was a member of Highland Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Barnett; half-brother R.G. Bratton, Jr., & half-sister Nancy Bratton. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn (Gene) Hobbs of Lancaster, half-brother Harlan Bratton, of Lancaster, & half-sister Edna Taulbee of Winchester; grandchildren, Jeanette Woolery, & Jeff Grant & great-grandchildren, Nathaniel Woolery, Faith Woolery, Brandy Grant, & Jeffrey Grant, II. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 04, 2018 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Brad King officiating and burial following at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
