Danny N. Wilson, 86, of Danville, passed away on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at his home. Born on February 7, 1940, he was the son of the late Nield Wilson & Anna Faye Dailey Wilson. Danny was a former electrician for North American Phillips Corp. & Corning Inc. for over 40 years. He was a proud National Guard & United States Army veteran. During his time in the military, he was part of the Hell on Wheels Armory Division, stationed in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, where he met his wife; Twila J. Boucher Wilson, whom he shared his life with until her passing in 2021. Danny was a Freemason and a member of Willow Grove Baptist Church. He had a love for singing, dancing, playing music, and listening to old radio tapes. He loved old television, specifically The Andy Griffith Show and The Three Stooges.

Survivors include a son, Steve (Heather) Wilson of Harrodsburg; daughter, Tresa (Kevin) Horn of Harrodsburg; grandchildren, Hagen (Kasey) Jackson of Oklahoma, Halee (Josh) Woods of Harrodsburg, Travis (Cindy) Wilson of Liberty; several great-grandchildren, and his beloved cat, "Sassy".
