Debra Hall, 58, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Monday, October 7, 1957, she was a daughter of Robert Moberly of Lancaster, & Verna Allen Lane of Lancaster. She was a babysitter, a farmer, & a housewife. In addition to her parents, her survivors include her husband, Roger Hall, sons; Adam Ray Hall of Paint Lick, Alex Conner Hall of Lancaster, brothers; Gilbert Moberly of Kirksville, Kentucky, Ronnie Moberly of Garrard County, sisters; Janice Durham of Lancaster & Donna Fay Boyd of Lancaster. A graveside service will be held 11:00AM Monday, April 18, 2016 at Freedom Baptist Cemetery with Bro. Darrel Estes officiating.
