Glenda Preston, 73 of Danville , Kentucky passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Garrard County November 15, 1943, and was a daughter of the late Hubert R Preston and Annie Mae Drury Preston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers; Jesse F, Charles Hubert, George W., John Russell, Donald Ray and Edwin Lee Preston and a sister; Mary Elizabeth Preston. Survivors include her sisters; Betty L Kidd, Doris Lottis, and Carolyn Miracle all of Danville, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Darrell Estes with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike, Stevie, Gene, Marvin, Ronnie, & Ryan Boyd, Cleland Lottis & Darrell Kidd. Honorary bearers will be Rocky Kidd, Bobby Damon Miracle, Jesse Preston, Jr., George Ray Preston & Edwin Lee Preston, Jr. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 5PM - 8 PM at the funeral home.
