Ivan Miracle, age 84, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, July 10,2019 in Winchester. Born July 8,1935 in Bell County, Kentucky. Ivan was a career Navy veteran retiring as a Chief Boatswain's Mate. He was a son of the late W.C. & Rhoda Durham Miracle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Miracle, and three brothers, Willis, Ted, and Warden. He is survived by a sister, Lola Delk of Pineville, KY and two brothers, Carli Miracle of Canton, Ohio & Leo Miracle of Berea, KY. Jean Church, a lifelong friend and companion of Lancaster, KY, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 15, 2019 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home, with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00-6:00 PM Sunday July 14, 2019 at the funeral home. The family is requesting that in leu of flowers that donations be made in Ivan's honor to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
