James Daniel Ledford, 38, of Danville, formerly of Paint Lick, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Danville. Born June 12, 1978 in Fayette County, he was the son of Dan Ward Ledford of Lancaster and the late Penny Hurt (Bob) Bodner. He was a student at BCTC in Danville and a member of Paint Lick United Methodist Church. His survivors include his father: Dan Ward ( Janet) Ledford of Lancaster; two step-brothers: Keith and Scott Long of Lancaster; two nieces: Samantha & Sarah Long; and an Aunt: Judy Sparks of Lexington. A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, October 29, 2016 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Bobby Stinnett. Visitation will be from 1-3 PM Saturday at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place in Paint Lick Cemetery.
