Jean Burton, 75, of Wolf Trail Rd., passed away Monday, January 30, 2017 at her residence. Born Tuesday, March 11, 1941 in Newport, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late William & Leticia Clos Addison. She was preceded in death by sons; Michael Forrest "Chip" Burton, & John Burton Jr. Survivors include her husband of 55 years, John Burton, son; Scott David Burton of Georgetown, daughter; Tina Burton of California, brother; Charles & Larry Clos both of Louisville, & Freddy Clos of Newport, Kentucky, 5 grandchildren, & 12 great-grandchildren. Jean's wishes for cremation rites have been honored and a private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
