Jesse James Foley, 82, of Stanford, passed away Monday, June 4, 2018 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born January 20, 1936 in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Jesse Lee & Eliza Ann Hale Foley. Jesse had been a farmer all his life. He is survived five sons, Robert, Ricky, Michael & Justin Foley , all of Lancaster, James Lee Foley of New York and Gina Foley of Richmond, three grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
