Johnny F. Henson, 78, of Casey County, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at Casey County Hospital. Born Monday, July 12, 1943 in Madison County, he was a son of the late Frank & Viola Turner-Arnold Henson. Johnny enjoyed his career as a construction worker, had a love for classic cars, and was a member of Family Cruiser's Car Club. He enjoyed watching westerns, and spending time with his beloved dog, Mutley. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Robert Henson, Odis "Dee" Henson, & Gary Henson, as well as two sisters, Jenny Hall & Vicie Rudolph

Survivors include a son, Frank Anthony Henson, of Kentucky; daughters, Betty Karletta Kelley, Lois Jean (T.J. Williams) Henson, & Sunday (the late John Edgar III) Thomas, all of Florida; sisters, Sunday Hughes, of Kentucky, Betty Jean Adams, of New Mexico, & Ola Wells, of Indiana; twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, & special friend, caregiver, & companion, Margaret Staples, of Kentucky.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with John Edgar Thomas IV officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until service time on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the funeral home.
