Kara Lynne Meadows, 21, of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at her home. Born on January 7, 2005, she was the daughter of Jackie Meadows of Lancaster & the late Karen Todd Meadows. Kara enjoyed reading, and loved animals. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors other than her father Jackie include her brother, Jared (Sarah) Meadows of Richmond; niece, Lyla Meadows of Richmond, and her aunt, Teresa Meadows of Paint Lick.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until funeral service time at 2:00PM on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home, with Bro.
