Melvin "Blue" Bailey III, 42, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in Lancaster. Born December 20, 1974 in Lexington , he was the son of Melvin Bailey , Jr. of Lancaster, and the late Linda Browning Bailey. In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Jayla Brooks of Bowling Green, and a grandson, August Bailey. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Friday at Lancaster Cemetery by Rev.
