Obituary

Mildred Long Hale, 72, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Christian Care Center in Garrard County, Kentucky. Born Saturday, November 22, 1941 in Madison County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Q.C. and Ethel Hensley Long. She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church, enjoyed cooking, her prayer circle, and spending time with her grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Hale, and brothers; James Long and Bill Long. Her survivors include, sons; William Ronald (Terri) Hale, of Paint Lick, Kentucky, Harold Douglas (Josephine) Hale daughter; Lisa Kay (Richard) Edgington, step son; Wayne (Jeanie) Hale, brothers; Marvin Long and Mason Long, all of Garrard County, a sister; Faye Bach, of Richmond, Kentucky, six grandchildren; Ritchie Edgington, Emily Edgington, Shawnta Hale, Samantha Hale, Christy Joe Hensley, Brandi Hale, great-grandchildren; Brett, Madison and Sophie Edgington, Jordan Causey, Wesley Hale, Charlie and Avery Madison Hensley. Services for Mildred will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home with Bro. Dallas Murphy officiating, with burial following in Camp Nelson Cemetery in Jessamine County, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be Bonnie Moberly, Bobbie Davis, Troy Deshon, Brian Wheeler, Dallas Murphy and Billy Boggs. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Liberty Baptist Prayer Circle. Visitation will be 6:00-9:00 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home. Friends and family can share memories or leave condolences on her tribute wall at www.ramseyfuneralhome.com.
