Patricia Faye Noe Mullins, 77, of Lancaster passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Landmark of Lancaster. Born Wednesday, December 23, 1942 in Danville, she was the daughter the late E.G. & Judy Wardlow Noe. Patricia was a former seamstress at Safe Guard. She enjoyed crocheting and flower gardening. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Noe. Survivors include her son, Tevis (Sharon) Graham of Lancaster, sister; Jean Graham of Lancaster, granddaughter; Jessica (Bruce Justice) Graham of Lancaster, great-grandchildren; Abigail Isaacs & Carson Justice. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Lancaster Cemetery. Her wishes for cremation have been honored.
