Paul E Maupin, 78, of Hamilton, OH passed away Friday, May 2nd, 2014 at the Hospice of Hamilton. Born March 13th, 1936 in Flat Woods, KY, Garrard County, he was a son of Elby & Anna Mae Maupin. He was self-employed, Paul Maupin Excavating, retiring in 2008. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Auburn in Ohio and a former Member of Hyattsville Baptist Church. Survivors include a son Kelly (Stacy) Maupin, three daughters, Vickie Maupin Vaughn, Paula Maupin Stockhoff and Jennifer Maupin all of Hamilton, OH., a brother, Buddy (Glenda) Maupin, four sisters, Dora Mae Lane, Evelyn (Carl) Browning, Barbara Cornelison and Cathy (Garrath) Lane, all of Kentucky, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday, May 6th, 2014 at Ramsey Funeral Home by Rev. Keith Young. Burial will follow in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11-1 Tuesday at Ramsey Funeral Home.
