Ralph Lewis League, 82 of Garrard County, passed away Saturday, December 02, 2017 at his home. Born Thursday, October 10, 1935 in Lincoln County, he was a son of the late Willie F. & Etta Walls League. He was a former factory employee at Jackson of Danville, a member of Pleasant Grove Christian Church, & enjoyed wood-working, gardening, & fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie League; three brothers; three sisters; & one great-grandchild. Survivors include a son, Ralph S. (Laura) League of Danville; daughter, Sherry Ray (Jackie) Trumbo of Davistown; brother, Earl League of Garrard County; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren, & several nieces & nephews. A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 05, 2017 at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jimmy Stringer, Trintinan Cannon, Joe Russell, Bradley League, Danny League, & Bradley Michael League. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM Monday, December 04, 2017 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home.
