Dan (Robert Daniel) Hall, 84 of Lancaster, loving husband of Dorothy Graham Hall, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Sunday, May 19, 1935 in Lancaster, he was a son of the late Amon & Lucy Davis Hall. Dan was a farmer, as well as co-owner & operator of Hall Bros. Construction. He owned several real-estate properties, & was a member of Hyattsville Baptist Church. He was also a United States Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight brothers, Clayton, Hubert, Jesse, Frank, Calvin, Virgil, Aha & Elbert Hall; five sisters, Ethel Carrier, Letha Glenn, Christine Blakeman, Mary Edith Morrow, & Wilma Jean Hall. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Graham Hall; daughters, Kathy Stathers of Richmond, Peggy (Chuck) Mohr of Lexington; grandchildren, Tiffini (Mike) Scherbing, Michael (Amanda) Mohr, Mark Mohr, Molly Mohr; great-grandchildren, Ryan Scherbing, Zach Scherbing, & a brother, Roy C. (Carol) Hall. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 03, 2019 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Durham officiating & burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Michael Mohr, Mark Mohr, Mike Sherbing, Zach Scherbing, Ryan Scherbing, Mark Stathers, Shannon Hall & Troy Hall.
