Ronnie "Strawberry" Daly, 67, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 in Stanford. Born December 17, 1949 in Danville, he was a son of the late Samuel Kinnaird & Della Mari Lamb Daly. Ronnie was an employee McLane Cumberland of Nicholasville, had been a former President of Little League Sports here in Garrard County, an Umpire and Referee, worked on the Garrard County Football Chain Gang, a member of the Garrard County Football Hall of Fame, as well as an avid UK Athletics fan. His survivors include a son, Micah Edwin Daly of Lancaster, a daughter, Jamie Molen Daly of Lancaster, two granddaughters, Skylar Annemari Molen & Mayson Kinley Molen of Lancaster, a lifelong friend, Terry Lucas of Lancaster, and two brothers, Mark (Gilda) Daly of London, and Jeff (Rebecca) Daly of Lancaster. Funeral services for Ronnie will be 1:00 PM Thursday, September 14 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery.
