Naomi Ruth Ross, 94, of Lancaster, passed away Monday, April 17, 2023 at Landmark of Lancaster. Ruth was born February 15, 1929 in Garrard County to the late Jess & Lourana Edgington Ray. She had been an employee of Sutton Pharmacy for 34 years. Ruth was a member of New Antioch Christian  Church, was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary, a pianist and organist at the church, enjoyed singing, riding motorcycles with her husband Bobby  and collecting China creamers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Kinnaird "Bobby" Ross, and two brothers, Calvin & Alvin Jesse Ray.

Her survivors include her daughter, Theresa Dianne (Kelly) Mink of Lancaster and a grandson Seth Tyler Mink (Ashlee Jones) of Lancaster.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, April 24, 2023 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Val McCord, with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, April 23, 2023  from 2:00—6:00 PM.   Pallbearers will be David Adams, Roddy Carr, Don Rinthen, Kevin Middleton, Marshall Norton, Hugh Davis & Charlie Smith.  Honorary bearers will be Seth Mink, Mary Jo Hammonds, Felix Reynolds, Ricky Davis, Brian Ray, Kellie Susan Black & the staff and employees of Landmark of Lancaster.
