Stanley Joe Duggins, 71 of Stanford, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at his home. Born Monday, March 11, 1946 in Danville, he was a son of the late Stanley & Mary Merchant Duggins. He was an electrician, a member of IBEW local 369, was in Derby City Coachmen, & was a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother; Silas Duggins. Survivors include his wife; Gale Good Duggins of Stanford, son; Jeff (Rachel) Duggins of Lancaster, sister; Gladys Lamb of Lancaster, sister-in-laws; Melissa Good of Danville, Roberta Duggins of Garrard County, brother-in-law; Gary Good of Garrard County, two grandchildren; Hanah & Austin Duggins, niece; Haley Doneghy of Danville, & several other nieces & nephews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, October 23, 2017 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Bro. Jeremy Pope & Gary Spencer officiating with burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Wayne Pennington, Chad Becknell, Mike Delili, Shane Good, Ronnie Lamb, Gary Good, Tom Baker, Scottie Burnside, Gregg Burnside, Austin Duggins. Honorary pallbearers will be all of his nieces & nephews, Derby City Coachmen, David Noe, Scott Long, Kevin Crutchfield, Jason Sutton, Mason Delili Drew Delili, Nathan Arnold, Gilbert Ray, & Dale Taylor.
