Victor "Red" Bolton, 81 of Garrard County, passed away Monday, January 01, 2018 at Landmark of Lancaster. Born Wednesday, July 01, 1936, he was a son of the late Russell, & Stella Mae Bolton. He was a farmer, a board member for Garrard County Farm Bureau, & was a member of Forks of Dix River Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Bolton; brothers, Clyde, Herschel, & James Russel Bolton; sisters, Catherine Johnson, Fannie Hasty, & Pearl Waterwick. Survivors include sons, Kenneth (Margaret) Bolton, & Darrell (Janie) Bolton all of Lancaster; grandchildren, Joshua (Katie) Bolton, Bradley (Ashley) Bolton, Bryan Bolton, Patricia Bolton all of Lancaster; great-grandchildren, Austyn Marie Bolton, & Stella Mae Bolton both of Lancaster. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, January 04, 2018 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Bro. Cole Caven, Bro. Bill Rhodus, & Bro. Jerry Browning officiating with burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Josh Bolton, Brad Bolton, Bryan Bolton, Patricia Bolton, Garry Carpenter, & Ricky "Doc" Ray. Honorary pallbearers include Wesley & Brenda Grant, Bobby C. Prewitt, Bobby Ray Prewitt, Buddy & Betty Arnold, Tim May, & Randy May.
