Wanda Faye Stephens, 81, of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, October 17, 2019 at her home. Born Monday, September, 26, 1938 in Strunk, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Elmon & Vonie Daugherty King. Wanda was a member of Robert's Chapel Methodist Church, in Nicholasville, & enjoyed flowers & feeding her hummingbirds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Stephens, daughter; Rhonda Stephens, brother; Hershel King, sister; Judy Branscum, & a special family dog named P-jib. Survivors include her loving husband, Don Stephens, sons; Donnie (Easter) Stephens, of Lancaster, Barry (Juatanna) Stephens, of Lexington, brothers; Stanley (Karen) King, of Albany, Indiana & Willis King of Atlanta, Georgia, sister; Joan (the late Noble) West, of Georgia, six grandchildren, & five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home, with Pastor Bryan Hester officiating and burial following at Burgin Cemetery.
