Willie Margaret Coulter, 77 of Richmond, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2017 at UK Medical Center. Born Saturday, January 13, 1940 in Garrard County, she was a daughter of late birth parents Logan & Marie Lay Coulter, & late adopted parents, Willie & Nora Soper Coulter. She was a member of Lancaster United Methodist Church & also attended Bryantsville Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister; Phyllis D. Meade. Survivors include two brothers; Logan "Sonny" Coulter, Jr. of Garrard County, David Lay (Carolyn) Coulter of Somerset, three sisters; Marjarie D. "Toots" ( Ron) Hasty, Patricia (Ron) Goens, Mary Jane (Larry) Ballard, all of Garrard County, & special friends; Dennis Walters, Doris Thomas,& Sharon McKinney . Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, September 25, 2017 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Dunagan officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Larry Ballard, Ron Hasty, Ron Goens, Chris Ballard, Wayne Collier, & Brian Hamner. Visitation will be 11:00 AM until service time Monday, September 25, 2017.
