Baxter P. Cochran

Baxter P. Cochran, 87, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Wesley Manor Retirement Community. Born on Friday, June 29, 1934 in Louisville, he was a son of the late Eugene & Leonora Potter Cochran. Baxter was a Presbyterian Pastor & history buff.  He also enjoyed pastel painting and sailing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Cochran, and one brother, David Cochran.

Survivors include sons, Nathan Cochran (Mary Griffin), of Louisville, Kevin Cochran and Timothy Cochran, both of Lexington.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at Lancaster Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Estes officiating and burial to follow. Pallbearers include Nathan Cochran, Kevin Cochran, Timothy Cochran, David Cochran, Bill Cochran & Michael Cochran.
