Beth Anderson

Beth Ellen Anderson, 49, of Windsor, formerly of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Casey County Hospital in Liberty. Born on June 4, 1976, she was the daughter of Tony & Billie Anderson Coleman. Beth was a lifelong farmer, and loved her animals. She enjoyed riding horses, being outdoors, farming, and old country music. She was devout in her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and was a member of Drake’s Creek Baptist Church. Beth was a joy to all that knew her, and showed her loving and giving nature by volunteering at the food bank. She was an avid Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan.

Survivors include her mother and father, Tony & Billie Anderson Coleman of Windsor; brother, Jeff (Tina) Anderson of Lancaster, and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Paint Lick Cemetery. Pallbearers include Michael Lear, Bailey Goens, Dakota Goens, Corey Zeznanski, Jayden Anderson, and Gary Coffman. Honorary pallbearers include Josh Robbins, Chris Coleman, and Dustin Varbel.
