Bobby G. Dailey, Jr.

Bobby G. Dailey, Jr., 66, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born to the late Bobby G., Sr. & Shirley Broughton Dailey on February 5, 1957, in Garrard County. Bobby had retired from the Garrard County Road Department, enjoyed playing softball, craft house building, fishing, and collecting knives. He was a member of the Lancaster Church of Nazarene.

Bobby is preceded in death by a son, the late Christopher Dailey; and a sister, the late Mary Elizabeth Dailey.  Survivors include his sisters, Sharon (Tevis) Graham, of Bryantsville, and Joyce Pleasants, of Lancaster; a niece, Jessica Graham/Justice, a great– niece, Abigail Isaacs; and a great-nephew, Carson Justice.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Dwayne Lobb officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include John Smith, Ronald Lamb, Jimmy Lamb, Robbie Lamb, Willie Dailey, Bruce Justice, David Dailey. Honorary pallbearers include Mike Grimes, Dwayne Sutton. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until service time on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at the funeral home.
