Cathy Rae Dunn

Cathy Rae Dunn, 69, of Willisburg, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. Born December 11, 1956 in Maysville, Cathy was a daughter of the late George & Babe Bowers. She was also preceded in death by a son, William Joseph Dunn and a brother, James McDonald.

Her survivors include her husband,  Edwin Dunn of Willisburg,  a son, Michael (Jenna) Dunn of Lexington, two daughters, Mandy (Jeremy) Luchene of Hobart, Indiana, and Heather (Chris) Kirkpatrick of Louisville, 14 grandchildren, Autumn, Summer, Wynter, Spring, Isaac, William & Abigail Dunn, Tyler, Jackson, & Alexa Luchene, Trey, Brandon, Riley & Kaylee Baker as well as one great grandchild, Layla Baker.

Graveside services will be held 3:30 PM Friday, January 2, 2026 in Lancaster Cemetery by her son in law, Jeremy Luchene. Friends and family may leave condolences on her tribute page at www.ramsey-young.com Ramsey-Young Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
