Cody B. Adams

Cody Brenton Adams, 27, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 in Lancaster. Cody was born, October 16, 1993 in Lexington to Jeffrey and Michelle Payton Adams. He was an equipment operator , and loved being outdoors. He enjoyed hunting , fishing and especially riding four wheelers. Survivors other than his parents include two sons, Mason Brent & Samuel Jude Adams of Lancaster, grandparents, Phillip & Linda Adams of Lancaster, and Connie & Warren Miller of Nisula, Michigan, three sisters, Kalyn Payton of Wilmore, Amber Adams of Lancaster & Bailey Adams of Paint Lick, as well as 6 nephews, Aiden, Landen, Eli, Grayson, Wesley & Maddax. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, May 28, 2021 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Bill Graves. Visitation will be from 5—9 PM Thursday May 27, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will be private on the family farm and will take place at a later date. Honorary pallbearers will be Jordan Redd, Chase Bowman, Patrick & Matthew Adams, Bryan Clark, Blake Lee, Dallas Crawford, & Taylor Napier. In lieu of flowers contributions may go to the Mason & Sam Adams Fund at Whittaker Bank .
