Dave Noe

William David Noe, 64, of Lancaster, passed away Monday, June 12, 2023 at his home. Born June 3, 1959 in Garrard County, Dave was the son of the late Bobby G. Noe & Judy Phillips Noe of Lancaster. He had been a lifelong farmer  and employee of Bluegrass Stockyards for several years. He was  a Board Member of the Garrard County Soil Conservation, a member of the Baptist faith and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Other than his mother, Judy, his survivors include his wife, Robin Hulett Noe, daughters, Chelsea (Justin) Combs and Whitney (Freeman) Pinkneyof Garrard County, his sister, Cindy Powell of Lancaster, five grandchildren, Wyatt, Russell & Robin Ann Sparks, Josie & Waylon Combs, another on the way in November, and his special dog, Roscoe.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, June 16, 2023 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rodney Montgomery and Justin Combs. Visitation will be from 5—9 PM   Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David “Butch” Watts, Joe Graham, Warren Combs, Jeff Wilson, Glendan Barker, Ricky Baker, Travis Fritz, & Mike Holcomb.  Honorary bearers will be Ronnie Moberly, Gene Hampton, John Cox, Trey Fritz, Employees of Bluegrass Stockyards and members of the Garrard Co.
