Gillian "Jill" Martin

Gillian Mary Martin, 75, of Lancaster, passed away  Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at her home. Jill was born August 22, 1946 in Tanzania, Africa, she was a daughter of the late Graham Attwell & Joy McDougall Attwell. She had been a hairdresser and had previously kept many children as a daycare worker, but most importantly, she valued her time as a mother and grandmother the most. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Attwell, and a sister, Penny Bezuidenhout.

She is survived by her daughter , Susan (Stephen) Watts of Lancaster, two sons, Gary (Kerry) Martin and Kevin Martin, both of Lancaster, three grandchildren, Rylan Watts, Olivia Watts, & Enda Martin, a brother, Brian Attwell of South Africa, and sister Lynn Williams of South Africa, as well as two children she helped raise as her extended family, Emily & Eric.
