Glenn R. Preston

Glenn R. Preston, 85, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at his home. Born Thursday, October 03, 1935 in Jessamine County, he was a son of the late Bert & Beatrice Land Preston. He was a lifelong farmer, and was once the Chief of Police in Wilmore, Kentucky. Glenn was preceded in death by a son, Bert Glenn Preston.

Survivors include a son, William (Edith) Preston, of Lancaster; daughters, Linda (Bill) Yadao, of Lancaster, & Denise Young, of Lexington; three brothers & sisters; grandchildren, Gary Lawson, Jr., Phillip Preston, Beverly Hayse, Joseph Yadao, Heather Rector & Jaimie Littral, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
