Harriett Ann (Preston) Pingleton

Harriett Ann (Preston) Pingleton, 67 of Lancaster, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born on June 10, 1954 in Garrard County, she was the daughter of the late Harry Logan & Kathleen Marie (Marshbanks) Preston. She was a member of and had served as pianist at her home church of New Antioch Christian Church and was currently the pianist at Pleasant Grove Christian Church,

She was retired from Honeywell Corporation in Danville.

She is survived by a son, Scott Brandon (Amy) Pingleton of Lancaster, brothers, Jerry Logan Preston, of Lexington and Richard Allan (Lori) Preston of Florida, grandchildren Cassi (Austin Workman) Robbins, Hayley (Jacob) Worley, Kaleb (Elizabeth Smith) Robbins, Abigail Pingleton, and Seamus Pingleton, and great-grandson Leo Worley.

Visitation will be held at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home in Lancaster on August 31, 2021 from 11:00 AM—1:00 PM with a celebration of life service at 1:00 PM.

Pallbearers are Ethan and Brett Preston, Andrew and Jerome Adams, Micah Strevels, Brian McQueary, Artie and Jeff Bourne, and Evan and Justin Preston.

Honorary pallbearers are Marvin Marshbanks, Mike McQueary, David Adams, Bobby Preston, Randy Preston, and Charles and Kevin Preston.
