Joyce Ann Pleasants

Joyce Ann Pleasants, 66, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Baptist Health of Lexington. Born on Wednesday, April 02, 1958 in Lancaster, she was a daughter of the late Bobby Dailey, Sr. & Shirley Broughton Dailey. Joyce was a member of the Lancaster Church of the Nazarene, and enjoyed yard work, gardening & flowers. She loved to play cards, and watch wheel of fortune. Joyce was also and avid Kentucky Wildcats Basketball fan. She spent her working years as a screen printer for multiple businesses, and an employee at McDonald’s. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby G. Dailey, Jr., sister, Mary Elizabeth Dailey; nephew, Chris Dailey.

Survivors include a sister, Sharon (Tevis) Graham, of Lancaster; niece, Jessica Graham (Bruce Justice), of Lancaster; great-niece & nephew, Abigail Isaacs & Carson Justice.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, January 17, 2025 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home, with Bro. Dwayne Lobb officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Friday, January 17, 2025 at the funeral home.
