Juanita J. Morgan

Juanita J. Morgan, 92, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at her home, surrounded by loved ones. Born on Thursday, March 3, 1932, in Garrard County, she was a daughter of the late James & Helen Collett. Juanita was a homemaker, and a member of Hyattsville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Paul Wayne Morgan; brothers, Sammy, Billy, Joe, Luther, and James Collett; sisters, Ramona, and Opal Collett.

Survivors include her daughter, Mona Perry, of Lancaster; brother, Jimmy Collett, of Pennsylvania; sister, Betty Price, of Crab Orchard; grandchildren, Angel Castillo, Paul Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Paula (Brandon) Johnson, Tony (Leslie) Luna, Karissa (Nick) Tribuzio, Madison Carpenter, Caleb Morgan; great-great-grandchildren, Abel Johnson, Paityn Tribuzio, King Gordon, and Raylee Johnson.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 5, 2024 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Dan McClellan officiating, and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Paul Carpenter, Brandon Johnson, Abel Johnson, Tony Luna, Caleb Morgan, and Celso Castillo. Visitation will be held from 2:00—5:00PM Sunday, August 4, 2024 at the funeral home.
