Judith Phillips Noe

Judith Phillips Noe, 83, of Lancaster, passed away Monday, August 26, 2024 at Baptist Health in Lexington. Born December 21, 1940 in Jessamine County, she was a daughter of the late William & Zelma Bowles Phillips . She had been an employee of Canada Dry Distillery and retired from Sgt. Greenleaf after thirty four years of service. Aside from her parents, Judith was preceded in death her husband, Bobby G. Noe, a son, David Noe, a brother, John Phillips and a sister, Jane Watts.

Her survivors include a daughter, Cindy Noe Powell of Lancaster, sister, Mimi Rhinehimer, of Ohio; a granddaughter, Jamie Handley, two great  grandchildren, Trinity Teater & Dylan Handley & a great great grandson, Grayson Teater.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 30, 2024 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Dwayne Lobb, with burial following in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Alex Aguillar, Ricky Baker, Cooper Hoskins, Tevis Graham, Steve Rhinehimer & Joe Graham. Honorary pallbearers will be Trinity Teater, Dylan Handley, Jeannie Henry, Dianne Wall, Ramona Morris, Ronnie Moberly, Kyndra Hiens, Debbie Robinson, Patti  Gullette & Norma Rankin.
