Lillie Mae Naylor Gill, 79, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022 at Landmark of Lancaster. Born to the late Robert Lee & Flossie Mae Doolin Naylor on Sunday, February 28. 1943 in Garrard County. Lillie enjoyed gardening and crocheting. She was also a member of the Junction City Baptist Church.
Aside from her parents, Lillie is preceded in death by her two brothers, Irvin Naylor and Billy Cook. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, William “Bill” Gill, of Danville; a son, Mike (Sandy) Gill, of Junction City; a sister, Mary (the late Paul) Bowman, of Junction City, grandchildren, David (Kimberly) Douglas, Kimberly (Randall) Wofford; great-grandchildren, Addison Douglas, Tatum Douglas, and a special dog, Chief.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, August 25, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Bro. Jr. Fields officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Randall Wofford, David Douglas, Jeff Johnson, Billy Doolin, and Margaret Ann Jordan. Visitation will be held from 5:00 — 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at Ramsey Young Funeral Home.
