Mary Swartz Obituary

Mary Patricia Swartz, 99, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Danville Center for Health and Rehabilitation. Born on Tuesday, October 30, 1922 in Wisconsin. Mary was a member of the Cathedral of Christ the King in Lexington, Ky. She enjoyed nature and was part of the Flower Garden Committee.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, the late William T. Swartz; grandchildren, the late Patricia Roark and the late Audrey Swartz. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Roark (the late Andy Roark) of Lancaster, Ky; a son, Thomas (Connie) Swartz, of Texas; a sister, Nancy Sullivan, of Florida; grandchildren, Tom Swartz, of Lancaster, Tim Swartz, of Lancaster; great-grandchildren, Jacy Wheeler, of Nicholasville, Johnathan Roark, of Lancaster, and Joseph Roark, of Lancaster.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, July 15, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with burial following at Lancaster Cemetery and Rev. Darrell Estes officiating. Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM until service time Friday, July 15, 2022 at Ramsey-Young   Funeral Home.
