Mildred Frances Deshon

Mildred Frances Deshon, 90, passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at her home in Lancaster. Born to the late Mills & Bernice Huffman Black on Sunday, November 29, 1931 in Garrard County. Frances loved the outdoors, shopping for clothes, and taking pictures. She was faithful to the Liberty Baptist Church.

Aside from her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her husband, the late George Deshon. Survivors include a son, Troy Deshon, of Lancaster; and a daughter, Dianna Greer, of Lancaster.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with burial following at Lancaster Cemetery with Dallas Murphy and Jimmy Hazlett officiating. Pallbearers include Keith Middleton, Kevin Middleton, Bruce Middleton, Gary Story, Roy Gibson, and Tommy Sudduth. Honorary pallbearers include Matt Porter, Darin Deshon, Brandon Deshon, Finis Gibson Jr., Angie Sodman, Jenny Dailey, and Margret Scott. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until service time on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home.
