Misty Fields

Misty Fields, 29, of  Stanford, wife of Jordan Fields, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2024 at UK Medical Center surrounded by loved ones. Born on Sunday, February 6, 1994 in Somerset, she was a daughter of Rick (Amanda) Shearer and April Rogers McKee. Misty was a homemaker, enjoyed cosmetology, and was a member of Olive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Cherry Allene Rogers and her grandfathers, Robert Lee Rogers and Omer Shearer, Jr.

Survivors other than her husband and parents include her daughters, Kennedy and Hazel Fields, of Stanford; brothers, Ryan Pittman, of Eubank, Ricky Shearer, Jr., of Stanford, Chad Hines, of Moreland, Matthew and Jacob Shearer, both of Stanford; sister, Candice Pittman, of McKinney, and her grandmother, Pauline Shearer, of Stanford.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 26, 2024 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Vola Brown officiating and burial following at Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers include Ricky Shearer, Jr., Ryan Pittman, Chad Hines, Devin Estes, Trevor Godby and Corey Fields. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew and Jacob Shearer. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until service time on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the funeral home.
