Patricia Ann (Potter) Sparks

Patricia Ann Potter Sparks, 75, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Born October 29, 1947 in Willimantic, Connecticut, she was a daughter of the late L. Louise (Romanik) Potter. Patricia was a former bookkeeper. She enjoyed horticulture, gardening & was an animal lover. She also enjoyed painting and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Scott Potter.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Larry Russell Sparks, of Lancaster; daughters, Jessica (Craig) Demoran & Jennifer Sparks, both of Lancaster; sister, Tina (Roger) Abell, of Windham, Connecticut; grandchildren, Emma Parr & Russell Anderson; great-grandchildren, Addy & Jackson Lee Anderson.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home with Rev. Jr. Fields officiating. Honorary pallbearers include Gary Sparks, Freddy Edgington, Jessie Goins & Craig Demoran. In lieu of flowers, contributions may go to the Garrard County Animal Shelter.
