Patsy Miller

Patsy Hulett Miller, 86, of Lancaster, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023 in Danville. Born August 31, 1936 in Garrard County, Patsy was the daughter of the late Robert & Mary Althea Bogie Hulett. She had been a branch manager of First Southern National Bank and was a member of Lancaster Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Burnette Miller, and a daughter, Paula West. Her survivors include a daughter, Roxane (David) Humphrey, of Lancaster, a son in law, Ron West, of Charlotte, North Carolina, a brother, Buddy Hulett, of Lancaster, three grandchildren, Jordan West, Chad Humphrey, & Cathy Humphrey Godbey, several great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home by Rev. Val McCord and Rev. Bryan Watts. Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Godbey, Chad Humphrey, Rex Speake, Mike Tracy, Steve Hamblin, Eric May & Rusty Sebastian. Honorary pallbearers will be Wilma Davis and the nurses and CNA’s of Landmark of Lancaster. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may go to Hyattsville Baptist Church Mission Fund.
