RJ is survived by his mother, Cherie Carroll, son, Keegan Bills; sisters, Jaime (Timothy) Burton of Richmond, KY, Gypsy Lane of Paris KY; brothers, Cody Bills of Stanford KY, Jesse (Jenna) Betty of Danville KY, Randall “Clyde" Bills of Lexington KY, and Justin Muse the closest thing to a real brother anyone could have. RJ also leaves behind three nieces and five nephews.
Rj enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, digging ginseng and other roots. He was a good friend, good listener, hard worker and helped many people in his life.
His life philosophy as learned from Robert Norman was “it will work until you get caught”. Life caught up and took him from us way too early.
Visitation will be from 4:00PM until service time at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home. Cremation rites will be honored after services.
